Meet Chris
Christopher Caldwell, CEO & Founder GAMLOT, Board Member Mahoe Gaming, Licensed Gaming Operator
With 30 yrs. in the gaming industry Chris now leads the GAMLOT Team but most recently led the startup of Mahoe Gaming in Jamaica as CEO beginning in 2019. Prior to Mahoe he spent 22 yrs. at IGT/GTECH leading multiple organizations including Sr. VP of Latin America & Caribbean, VP of International Business Development, VP of Global Business Evaluation and Director of Finance in Mexico City. Prior to IGT/GTECH Chris held several finance management positions at Lotus Development Corp.
He has experience working in more than 50 countries, has led and participated in more than a dozen new gaming startups, launched first ever country-wide progressive VLT jackpots and implemented disruptive technologies which redefined gaming infrastructure and competitiveness. He as lived abroad in Japan, Mexico, Jamaica and the UK and speaks Spanish.
Chris holds a BS in International Business/Finance/Mgt from Northeastern University, MBA Studies at Boston University and a gaming license from the BGLC in Jamaica.
Meet Tashia
Tashia Elizabeth Hutton, Principal Consultant
Tashia is a Gaming Expert with over 20 years’ experience in formulating and executing comprehensive business strategies that capitalize on emerging trends and technological advancements. An adeptness to cultivating strategic partnerships Tashia has established a track record of being able to identify lucrative market opportunities, drive revenue, leverage relationships and navigate the complex regulatory landscapes to realize key strategic objectives.
In her most recent role as an Industry Consultant, Tashia was pivotal in securing the gaming license for Mahoe Gaming Enterprise, showcasing her expertise in navigating complex regulatory landscapes. Prior to this, she served as the Vice President of Customer Support and Regulatory Affairs at Supreme Ventures Limited (SVL), where her responsibilities included overseeing the development of innovative game concepts, strategic planning for market expansion, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards across the entire Group; Prime Sports Jamaica Limited (PSJL), Supreme Ventures Racing and Entertainment Limited (SVREL), and Supreme Venture Guyana Holdings Limited (SVGH).
Tashia's impressive track record includes spearheading strategic initiatives, such as SVL's successful expansion into Guyana where she established critical relationships with the Guyana Gaming Authority, securing necessary licenses and overseeing the establishment of infrastructure and operations for Supreme Venture Guyana Holdings.
The first female and a former Chair of The Jamaica Gaming Association, Tashia has demonstrated her commitment to the gaming industry's growth and development. Under her guidance, the Association has thrived in raising awareness of the high level of regulations that govern the industry, while overcoming challenges such as De-Banking and Anti-Money Laundering which plagued the sector.
Tashia holds a Masters in Business Administration, MBA, from The University of Technology Jamaica .
Meet Giles
Giles Louvet, President & Co-Founder
A seasoned gaming executive with over 30 years of experience in Business Development and Government Relations. Specializing in global key account development, Giles has a proven track record in securing complex government and private sector contracts within the gaming sector. His extensive network and access to top-level government and regulatory authorities have enabled him to forge and maintain long-term partnerships between government entities, major conglomerates, and high-net-worth entrepreneurs.
Most recently serving as the General Manager and Head of International at Genlot Game Technology Co., Ltd., Asia's leading gaming company. Here he established and led their international division, focusing on leveraging core knowledge and technology to expand the company's footprint globally.
Previously, Giles held the position of VP Business Development & Government Relations at IGT/GTECH. During his tenure, he played a pivotal role in developing strategic alliances, managing key account lifecycles, and operationalizing new national lottery & gaming operators across multiple regions.
As a dual UK-US citizen, Giles' international experience is extensive, having developed and enhanced relationships toward implementing successful gaming businesses in countries across Europe, the Middle East, Africa, Asia, Asia Pacific, and the Americas.
Meet Amir
Amir Amirsadri, Principal Consultant
Amir is an International Sales & Marketing Executive with over 30 yrs. gaming industry experience in game content development, game and market analytics, retail distribution, business development and operations growth and optimization.
In his time at IGT/GTECH Amir has worked directing teams extensively across multiple US state and global lotteries in the creation, refinement and growth of draw and instant games in several positions including VP of U.S. Marketing and Sr. Director Latin America & Caribbean. Amir was also Director of Marketing at Scientific Games International (SGI) where he focused his team in the development of instant ticket games creation, optimization, growth and distribution for key account in the U.S.
Over his career Amir has worked with virtually every lottery market and game type, making him a known leader and icon worldwide in the gaming industry.
Amir holds a BS in Mathematics from Eastern Michigan University and Masters in Applied Statistics from Michigan State University.
Meet Su
Xiaobin Su, Principal Consultant
Xiaobin Su is a seasoned gambling advisor with nearly 20 years of experience in the gambling industry, especially in Sports Betting. Su has worked for industry-leading companies such as Betfair, Unibet, Kambi, SBO, Genlot and several prominent iGaming operators/service providers in Asia.
Su is one of the few experts with a thorough understanding of the differences between legalised and grey gambling operations. He has an extensive industry network in both Europe and Asia. As a native Chinese living in the UK for over a decade, he bridges the East and the West for international business.
With a deep understanding of industry regulations and emerging trends, Su offers valuable insights on products, risk management, marketing and customer engagement. His legal background also encompasses various aspects of the gambling industry, including strategy planning and execution, M&A investment, and licensing and compliance.
